A signature is required upon receipt. If you are not available to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card detailing collection instructions from your nearest depot.
AVAILABILITY AND DESPATCH
We pride ourselves on our range of jewellery under our exclusive product portfolios, allowing us to supply the vast majority of our range from stock. Please note we will endeavour to have your order delivered to you by the following day providing your order is placed before noon.
Items that do not state a next day delivery will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days (these will be highlighted before checkout in your shopping bag).
INSURANCE
Royal Mail’s UK Special Delivery service includes insurance which covers loss and damage up to the value of £250.00. This insurance cover also applies to countries outside the UK.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETURNS
All of our jewellery, (with the exception of Earrings due to hygiene and Titanium Rings which are all hand made to order) carries a 7 day, no quibble money back guarantee. (Postage costs are not refunded unless the jewellery is damaged).
All jewellery must be returned in the prestige condition in which they were despatched.
In the rare instance that product is faulty (this should never happen as all our products are checked and packaged securely before shipment), we will refund your money or replace.
We recommend that Royal Mail Special Delivery service is used for adequate insurance, in the event of loss or non delivery.
Please note that if we deem the jewellery to be misused or damaged, refund or replacement will not be issued.

LOST, DAMAGES OR LATE PACKAGES
Although we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, occasionally problems do arise! If your parcel is yet to arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system with which responsibility lies for packages in transit.
